Her education at San Francisco State University in marketing serves as the foundation of her abilities and she uses her skills to make candidates feel confident and present realistic job expectations based on their previous experience. She has a special interest in placing women and candidates of color in essential business roles.

Ivy has a passion for traveling and exploring different cuisines around the world. She loves planning events in her social circle as well as tapping into the outdoors. She is a regular camper and backpacker and goes year-round!
